Yes, we do sell Stormshield Threshold that glues to the garage floor under the garage door. This will help seal the door, but no garage door is designed to be 100% air and water tight, especially if the driveway slopes down toward the garage.

A wooden garage door with a round top is specialty door and unfortunately, we do not carry those, nor can we order them.
There might be other garage door companies that can get one, but we’re not sure on who might be able to help. You might have to start calling various companies and inquire.
Unplugging the garage door opener should really have no impact on the door staying closed or not. Plugging it back in is simply powering the unit back-up.
If it’s winter time, check for ice or snow build-up on the ground. Sometimes that will trip the safety system and the door will retract.
If this occurs in the spring, summer or fall, do two things.
If you have the safety system installed (the beam of light on each side of the door near the floor) make sure they are aligned and match, usually giving a green indicator.
Next, if the manual is available, check for adjustments that can be made rather quickly on the opener.

You may have luck finding the part on Ebay or Craigslist – or perhaps you can find it at a used parts dealer.
Our only option would be to replace the Overhead Garage Door Opener unit with a new one.
If the opener is no longer made, or discontinued, we would not have the part you need.
Most Sears openers are gear operated, and since 1984, the gears and pulleys have been the same. We do have the replacement parts for that.
