Yes, we do sell Stormshield Threshold that glues to the garage floor under the garage door. This will help seal the door, but no garage door is designed to be 100% air and water tight, especially if the driveway slopes down toward the garage.

If you live in the Greater Cincinnati area, give us a call to either come out and drop the material off or have us install it while there.

If the opener is no longer made, or discontinued, we would not have the part you need.

Most Sears openers are gear operated, and since 1984, the gears and pulleys have been the same. We do have the replacement parts for that.

If your garage door is older than that, all we we can do is price a new opener. Let us know if we can help.
