High KUDOS to Rick the technician for our garage door. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. So there was an issue, It was making a huge screeching noise, now its silence as in opening smoothly and quietly. When I called them, they gave a great deal $99 for service call and got me in for service the next day. My puppy Princess is aesthetic as in HAPPY. Thank you Cincinnati Door & Opener Inc.
