There is no reset button on any of the modern units (since 1993), so that is probably not the issue.
The reason the garage door got stuck could be one of many things. The manual lock on the door may have been accidentally engaged, or the hardware on the door may need to be adjusted or replaced.
Rollers may be worn out and locked up or you could have a broken spring on the door or bad motor on the opener.
Regardless of the reason, you’re going to have to call and have someone inspect the garage door and make repairs.
