Here’s how we do business….

Free Sales Estimate/Pricing:

If you are interested in a new garage door (or doors),  new windows, entry door, patio door, interior door, glass block, or epoxy flooring, here’s how our process works for a free estimate/pricing.

We’ll set up a visit, show you your options if you need more information, and take our measurements.  In some instances, we can price the products on-site.  On most larger projects, we’ll email you the pricing shortly after our visit.  Then answer any questions you may have, then we’ll be on our way.

We won’t be in your home for 2 hours, wasting your time with ignorant, high-pressure sales tactics and pushing you to “Buy Now!”.

Garage Door Opener

All of our garage door openers have a fixed sale price and installation. You can see those prices here and here.  The ONLY time that cost would change is if the opening has to modified (typically in a much older home). your doors are taller than 7ft, or you have very tall ceilings.  If there is an instance where we have to do additional work, we’ll let you know before we begin.

For all Garage Door Related Repairs:

For all repairs, our service call is $159.95 plus parts.  There is no additional charge for a return visit.  For example, if a garage door panel has been damaged and needs to be replaced, we’ll have to quick-order that panel, then return to complete the repair.  You are not charged for the return visit.

Besides the repair, for the price of the service call, you also get:

For The Garage Door:

• Inspect door sections.
• Springs: Lubricate and adjust if needed.
• Rollers: Inspect and lubricate
• Hinges: Inspect, secure and lubricate.
• Bearings: Inspect and lubricate.
• Track, Bearing Plates and Backhangs: Inspect and secure as needed.
• Weather-stripping, Bottom Seal: Inspect and secure as needed.
• Cables: Inspect and lubricate.
• Lock: Inspect and lubricate.
• Test door balance. Adjust springs as necessary.
• Check door for level. Adjust as necessary.

For The Garage Door Opener:

• Inspect: Drive system (chain, belt or screw)
• Adjust Chain or belt as necessary.
• Test contact safety reverse. Adjust as necessary to manufacturers specifications.
• Test safety sensors. Adjust as necessary to manufacturers specifications.
• Inspect and clean safety sensors.
• Test remote controls and range.
• Test wall console.
