We have all had the experience of waiting all day for the cable guy, the phone guy or the furniture delivery guys. We don’t like it either.
We know you are busy….that’s why we provide professional repair service 6 days a week.
We are always happy to give a 3 hour time frame for service calls – and give you a courtesy call when we are in route to help minimize the time you have to devote to home maintenance.
Our daily time slots are:
- 9-12
- 10-1
- 11-2
- 12-3
- 1-4
- 2-5
- 3-6
Monday through Friday, we are happy to schedule for your requested time slot. Since we run a smaller staff on Saturdays, we can take a preference and make every effort to accommodate requests. We will always inform you of our expected 3 hour time frame, and call you when we are on our way.
Our Service Rates Are Among The Most Affordable In The Area
Our service call charge includes the trip to the house and up to an hour of labor. Most jobs take 30-60 minutes to diagnose, repair, test and provide routine maintenance of your garage door system.
Most of our competition will quote you a low service call rate, and include only 30 minutes of labor, or quote an even lower service charge and charge labor from the moment they arrive. We have a single fee…and don’t play games.
Our service technicians are all trained and highly experienced which enables them to diagnose and repair all makes and models of garage doors, and garage door openers.
We arrive in a truck stocked with hundreds of replacement parts and we make most repairs in one trip, again minimizing the time you have to spend dealing with repairs.
In the rare event that we have to order parts to make your repair, rest assured that we will promptly order your parts, from our wide network of suppliers, and schedule to return to make the repairs as quickly as possible. And we never charge you for a second trip to your house to make the repair.
Whether it is a broken spring, cable, bad gears, preventative maintenance and safety check, or any other service issue, our service department can get you taken care of quickly and thoroughly.
